Highly highly recommend Michael! He helped us book our destination wedding, he was flexible, knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted and found us resorts that worked with our vision and budget. He was so responsive and answered any question we had. He made planning our trip 1000x easier & we will absolutely use him again for any big travel plans we need!

DO NOT SNOOZE ON CABALLEROS VACATION booked a trip with mike from Caballeros vacation. 3 days before the trip major storm announced for the same day as take off, call mike right away. Not only does mike save the trip, but he gets us two more days!!! mike recommended two resorts, which were perfect for what we asked for. He changed our flights, with perfect timing. Private shuttle were set up between airport and resorts as we as we from resort to resort. Mike and caballeros really went above and beyond!! I have used a few travel agents but this is the very best!!! The whole process was seamless and expedited and they make you feel like a VIP (without the super high price tag!) If you are booking vacations without Caballeros you are doing a disservice to you vocation!!

Mike with Caballeros Vacations was simply amazing. He came as a referral from someone that had planned a trip with him and he did no disappoint. Every question that I had he responded in a prompt manner and was able to give me the information that I required. He was personable and VERY knowledgeable about the area we were traveling to, Cancun. When I need to plan another trip, I will not hesitate to reach out to Mike at Caballeros Vacations. I truly can't recommend him more and if anyone needs a travel agent, he will definitely be my suggestion. Thank you, Mike, for making our vacation so memorable. We cannot say enough great things about Michael. He organized an unforgettable surprise 40th birthday trip, and somehow made coordinating travel for 17 guests feel completely effortless. From the start, Michael was able to help with everything: airfare, transportation to and from the airport, and carefully coordinating everyone’s arrival and departure schedules. He was also on call throughout the trip, always available to help with anything we needed before and during travel, which gave us incredible peace of mind. He truly nailed the destination. We wanted something that was easy to get to but still felt remote and special, and Michael found the perfect spot. The resort was brand new, felt like it was on its own private island, yet was an easy ride from the airport. On top of that, he secured an incredible group rate and thoughtfully organized different room types to suit everyone’s preferences. Michael also coordinated directly with the resort managers and our butler to ensure everything was seamless. Spa appointments, dining reservations, and logistics for a large group were all pre-arranged, and the staff was completely prepared for us when we arrived. The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and truly special. Michael went above and beyond at every step, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a next-level travel experience.

We had an incredible experience booking our vacation with Caballeros Vacations! Our stay at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres was absolutely wonderful. From the start, the private transportation they arranged was seamless and extremely comfortable — a perfect way to begin and end the trip. A huge thank you to Michael, who made the entire booking process so easy and stress-free. He was able to secure us an amazing deal on an Oceanfront Master Suite, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Everything was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. We will definitely be booking all of our future trips with Caballeros Vacations. Highly recommend!

I found Caballeros Vacations through a few various Facebook resort pages I was already a member of. Michael’s input and knowledge shined through so decided to contact him directly for a few quotes. We are so glad we did!! We ended up booking Secrets Akumal with Caballeros Vacations on a recent trip 4/22 through 4/28. We originally booked a Preferred Club garden view room and he automatically upgraded us to a PC swim out and at hundreds less to boot!! Also included were nice PDF tip sheets, resort recommendations and a round trip private transfer with Lomas Travel. We have already booked a return trip to Secrets Akumal with Michael for April of 2026!! When and if possible he will search for a lower rate to ensure his clients get the best pricing. Went on a girls vacation, coordinated by Michael. Everything was wonderful. He was able to get us rooms all on the same floor at the resort and the rooms were very close to each other. He had transportation all set up for us and kept all lines of communication open at all times. What a GREAT experience! Would definitely go through Caballeros again and would encourage anyone else to give them a call as well!!

Excellent travel services provided for six of us by Michael. Communication and responsiveness was great, flight, transfer and resort check in were all smooth and easy. Michael got us rooms all on the same floor, few doors away from each other. In speaking with other guests at the resort it was clear that our price for our package was much better than other guests. Overall, zero complaints, five stars! I liked him so much I sent my son and his fiance his way and they are booking their honeymoon through him!
